Born right here on the Sunshine Coast, I live with my partner and together we have three amazing children between us.

I started out as a Diversional Therapist and soon progressed to Aged Care. My life’s passion has always been counselling. To make a difference in people’s life and watch the ripple effect that occurs; as even small changes can make a big difference in their lives and those of people around them.

I have a lot of life experience and have experienced a lot of difficult times personally, which gives me a deep understanding /empathy of what my clients are going through and require, in regards to their counselling.

As a qualified counsellor I have experience in working with people from all different walks of life. I have been in the mental healthcare industry for over twenty years assisting people of all ages. I do this without judgement in a confidential professional manner, fulfilling my life’s passion of helping people.
